Promotional poster design for the movie Pokemon: Detective Pikachu as a proposal for the contest launched on the Talenthouse platform.
The main idea was to recreate the atmosphere that can be seen in the movie trailer, released a few months earlier, during the night scenes in the city, showing different symbolic elements of the story: Pokemon ball as the main element, along with a police badge and gun bullets.
For this, the Pokemon ball and bullets were modeled in 3D, integrating it into the asphalt illuminated by neon lights. A lot of work was done on textures and lighting effects, with special attention to rain reflections.
