I started to make this work based on an image that inspired me, by the artist Jean Valjean, in which he presented the actor Simon Gleeson in a similar style. I started to think about the techniques he must have used to achieve the final result and I thought about doing something similar but with a more mediatic character like Scarlette Johansson.
So I started using Photoshop and Illustrator combining digital painting techniques with vectorised shapes, playing with shadows, lights and colour tones until I got the result you are seeing.
